Ho Ho Ho it's Christmas Kellita!

*** This is my second post today! ***

I have been itching to print out the digital Kellita image from Tickled Pink and finally got around to colouring her in yesterday. My plan was to use only the head on the card but I couldn't stop colouring...and then I couldn't  just cut out the head and discard all the rest. So, I had to use an A4 piece of white cardstock and fold it to make one extra large card!

Lylah getting ready for Christmas

*** This is my second post for today!  ***

This is my first Christmas card for 2010 and I haven't even made it to give to anyone. I am finding it really hard to get motivated to start making my Christmas cards. I want something that looks great but is quick to make and easy to reproduce. I have to make about 50 cards! Maybe I will make one card, post it here and give everyone a link to it saying "find your Christmas card here!" Note to self: start searching for Christmas mojo NOW!

Another spooky card!

Here is another Witch Lylah card. This one was ordered by my sister's friend... I have since discovered that I need to make another Halloween/Birthday card for the same girl. Lucky I bought all of the Tickled Pink Lil Haunts digital stamps!

I used the same basic design as my previous Witch Lylah card with a couple of alterations in paper, the size of the image, sentiment and ribbon. I also added the birthday girl's name and age.

Card Recipe:
Cardstock: Bazzill, Plain white cardstock
Paper: Heidi Grace orchard paper and vineyard paper, Kaisercraft Pennyroyale collection (Caroline)
Stamps: Tickled Pink Witch Lylah digital image, Fiskars Skin & Bones set, Computer Generated Sentiment
Inks: Vivid Olive, Versamagic Midnight Black
Embellishments/Other: Grosgrain spider web ribbon, Sizzix swirly die, Sizzix alphabet, Kaisercraft rhinestones

Witch Lylah...[Insert witchy cackle here!]

When I saw the new Lil Haunts digital stamps at Tickled Pink I just had to have them...I know you understand what I am talking about! The crazy thing is we do not celebrate Halloween! So with that thought in the back of my mind I decided to colour in Witch Lylah. I cropped the image and just printed her out from the waist up. Here is the card that I made... the funny thing is I have since had a card order for a birthday/Halloween card but I can't give this one away! I love it too much...so will have to make another!

Have you noticed...no glitter! I am finding it really hard to stop reaching for it...maybe just a little...
