Stylish Blogger Award...twice!

I have received the Stylish Blogger Award recently from both Brenda and Nat... so thank you very much ladies, I really appreciate that you both thought of me! I am truly blessed to have found so many friends out there in crafting blogland! Funny when you consider how hesitant I was to actually start this blog in the first place.

The rules for receiving this Award are, as follows, to thank the person from whom you received the Award and then share 7 random things about yourself and then pass it on to 7 newly discovered bloggers...

So 7 completely random things about me:

1. My favourite colour is pink.
2. I love owl stamps but have a bird phobia in real life!
3. I write lists for EVERYTHING! When the lists get untidy I rewrite them. Yes I am a little OCD!
4. My favourite flowers are tulips.
5. Both my parents were born in England and my paternal grandfather was Welsh.
6. The most amazing place I have ever been to is Egypt.
7. I love chocolate!

Sam - My BFF and crafting buddy. Not newly discovered, but someone who really deserves an award for all of her beautiful crafty work! Sam is always there to inspire and encourage and sometimes is just there to listen to me talk crap! Exactly what a friend is for!

Brook - I discovered Brook's blog recently via the Anyone for Anya? Challenge blog.  She colours with her copics beautifully and has created some wonderful cards.

Doreen - Doreen's blog is another that I discovered via the Anyone for Anya? Challenge blog. She creates beautiful cards with lots of intricate designs and gorgeous embellishments. 

Tracey - I discovered Tracey's blog through WOYWW (What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday). She creates beautiful jewellery that she sells in her Etsy store. Tracey also creates beautiful cards and always adds gorgeous embellishments to her designs.

Tertia - Another WOYWWer who colours beautifully and who, like me, loves copics! I am envious of her copic collection...it's huge! Drool!

Shaz - Sharon is a fellow Aussie that I found through WOYWW! Her calligraphy is amazing and her cards and creations are wonderful!

Mrs A - Yet another WOYWWer who creates the most amazing altered art, ATCs, handbags, fans, and I could go on! She has a mischievous knitted monkey who is always getting into trouble and often uses Mrs A's sewing machine as a sun-bed!

My first ever Blog Award! Thanks Jenny!

What a lucky gal I am today! I received my first ever blog award from Jenny. It is the 'I Got the Attitude Blog Award' and I am right now doing a happy dance!

Now I have to tell you three things that make me... ME! Then I can pass this award on to three bloggers of my choosing.

1. I am a little bit very fussy (a perfectionist one may say). I can sometimes take 30 minutes to tie a bow on a card. It has to be 'just right!'

2. My family comes first...right after card-making and stamping (just kidding!)

3. I am addicted to stationery...pens, markers (especially copics), pencils, watercolours...aaahhh!

I have to add another;

4. Incorrect spelling bothers me, especially using 'apostrophe s' to make something plural eg; banana's instead of bananas. Heaven forbid I ever make a typo/spelling error on my blog! Eeek! Must be the teacher in me.

Okay. As I understand it, I now have to choose three bloggers to pass the award to. These ladies all make amazing cards and are an inspiration. Please pop past their blogs and check out their wonderful work.
