Some Christmas cards...

Well I did get around to whipping up some handmade Christmas cards.

 

Thanks to this card by Karen Dunbrook, I was able to put together some similar cards using my Paper Smooches sets. I paper pieced the tree using some Stampin' Up Jolly Holiday paper.

 

I think I prefer the one below...

 

 

And here is another using some washi tape from Typo.

Ho Ho Ho it's Christmas Kellita!

*** This is my second post today! ***

I have been itching to print out the digital Kellita image from Tickled Pink and finally got around to colouring her in yesterday. My plan was to use only the head on the card but I couldn't stop colouring...and then I couldn't  just cut out the head and discard all the rest. So, I had to use an A4 piece of white cardstock and fold it to make one extra large card!

Lylah getting ready for Christmas

This is my first Christmas card for 2010 and I haven't even made it to give to anyone. I am finding it really hard to get motivated to start making my Christmas cards. I want something that looks great but is quick to make and easy to reproduce. I have to make about 50 cards! Maybe I will make one card, post it here and give everyone a link to it saying "find your Christmas card here!" Note to self: start searching for Christmas mojo NOW!
