Anyone For Anya? Colour Challenge

It's a colour challenge this week at the Anyone for Anya? challenge blog. Here is your inspiration photo... please note you DO NOT have to have an Easter theme / Easter eggs on your card but you MUST use an image from The Greeting Farm or CC Designs. The challenge is all about the colours! Don't forget to visit the DT's blogs to see what they have created using this photo for inspiration. This week the overall winner, based on votes from the DT, will join us as at Anyone for Anya as a Design Team member!

Here is my card using the Cheeky Beach stamp from The Greeting Farm. Nat... I am hooked on these now thanks to you! I wish I had 'grounded' her with some shadowing under her bottom so she appears to be sitting... she looks a bit 'floaty' but it's too late now! I think she looks like a real 'beach babe' with her blonde hair and her tanned skin. Yeah... not going to get into the Sun Smart message about tans being unhealthy!
Card Recipe:
Cardstock: Bazzill, white cardstock
Paper: DCWV Sweet Stack
Stamps: TGF Cheeky Beach image
Inks: Versafine Black Onyx
Embellishments/Other: Copic markers, Nestabilities, Kaisercraft Pearls, Flourish with a Bling pearls, Bella ribbon, Prima flowers, Kindyglitz crystalina

Thanks for looking...have a great night!

What an adorable card - that little lady makes me yearn for summer (our weather has been all over the place these last few weeks). Great coloring, we are always so hard on ourselves. Need to step away from our work and then look at it later, you did a lovely job. Hugs.

Lovely colourful card Susan!

Thanks for your kind words re. my ATC in mag. It was very simple. The back layer is a cheap scrapbook paper, then a text layer, and I think the torso was just clip art. The rather interesting fibre is just from a cheap ($2 probably) ball of yarn. I do a fair bit of knitting but I will often buy really cheap yarn for mixed media work. I sent nine ATCs to the mag almost two years ago. I thought they had lost them! Then they finally contacted me and said they wanted to use six of them!

First, I just wanted to say thank you for the love on my blog.

Second....oh my goodness! Your card is fantastic! I just love TGF stamps, and you did an absolutely lovely job! Love the tan skin....and hey, maybe it's spray tan. That's not unhealthy....right?? =)

She definitely looks ready for the beach! Very cute. It looks like bling on her bathing suit. Love that!
