What's on your Workdesk? (Wednesday #87)

*** This is my second post today!***

Not much on my desk today as I have everything spread out on my kitchen table! My BFF (Hi Sam!) came over yesterday and despite the heat we had a fun-filled day of crafting, chatting and way too many cups of tea. Most of them went cold anyway and we do not drink cold tea! Yuck! Sorry I am waffling on... here is the photo of my kitchen table. I really should get it cleaned up so we have somewhere to eat tonight!
On the table you can see a bookmark that I have since completed (see below) and not much else. I neglected to photograph the messy end of the table as it is really bad. It will take me about an hour to get everything back into my craft room study (I am dreaming...I don't have a craft room! I share the study with my hubby!).

Check out my Pay It Forward post if you would like to receive one of my creations. (Please...it has been up since Thursday with no comments so I am feeling extremely unloved!)

ANYWAY... Here is the completed bookmark... For those of you who follow AFL Football he is dressed in Geelong colours. I don't so had to google it to find out the team uniform!
Bookmark Recipe:
Cardstock: White cardstock, bazzill (for football and name)
Paper: Sandylion grass paper
Stamps: LOTV Football Crazy. Stampendous For Him (football)
Inks: Memento Tuxedo Black, Versafine Black Onyx
Embellishments/Other: Copic Markers, Melon spica pen, Frosted Lace Stickles, White grosgrain ribbon, Navy satin ribbon, star button, floss

Thanks for looking...have a great day!

Your crafting day sounds like fun and, oh, how we could do with some heat here too although it is now, after a day of rainstorms, starting to look quite pleasant outside with a red sky, shepherd's delight and all that. Love the bookmark, that is the cutest wee footballer I've seen. Elizabeth x #96

That's a great bookmark Susan! Glad Shaz found you, she asked about my glue gun and I sent her to you as you're at least in the same country!! We're just trying to recover from "Snowmageddon" here and poor Qld is in the news again for the wrong reasons!! Keeping my finger crossed for the peeps involved in that one! Oh! I've also just discovered Australia's nest kept secret!! I've been watching a few episodes of Season 1 of McLeods Daughters and have discovered Myles Pollard!!! Glad we've got 8" of snow outside right now, think I might need to go and throw myself in it to cool down!!!

Hugs

What a cute bookmark. I hate cold tea and often am tempted to warm it up in the microwave but never do - not sure how it would taste.
Thanks for the peek. #17
