Lili of the Valley 'Pride and Joy'

Hi there. This card was made for my husband's birthday. I stamped 'Happy Birthday Dad!' and my two children wrote the message to him on the inside. Overall I was really pleased with this card. I used a sketch that I found at Card Positioning Systems while blog-surfing.  My BFF Sam (check out her blog) and I have a weekly card challenge where we use a sketch to make our card. The main rule of the challenge is that we must use a stamp that we have never used before. This is great as it forces us to use our stamps that have never seen ink before!
Card Recipe:
Cardstock: Plain white cardstock
Paper: DCWV
Stamps: LOTV Pride and Joy, Stampendous (sentiment)
Ink: Versafine Black Onyx
Embellishments: Copic Markers, gloss, silver paint pen, Nestabilities, Clear spica pen

Thanks for looking...have a great day!

What a fantastic guy card! Love the image and your coloring! The challenge with your BFF is such a great idea to make sure you use all your stamps!
